The double story family residence featured a cantilevered portico, stunning voided entrance and floating staircase.
Retractable glass doors were also included to allow for maximum pool views and a seamless inside / outside living space.
Special engineering considerations for the project included the detailed design of the large cantilever structures without compromising on the slimline roofing or needing additional columns in unsightly places.
With the pool in close proximity to the living area, specific footing details to ensure both structures could be built without undermining the structural integrity was also achieved.
