Graduate Program
Our Graduate Development Program is an exciting two-year journey designed to launch your career and set you up for success in the dynamic world of consultancy. We are looking to onboard passionate engineering interns to transition into keen and enthusiastic graduates who are ready to make an impact.
Undergraduate Internship
Your placement as an intern will be spent shadowing and assisting our wonderful team of engineers across our core disciplines.
Hands-on Development: You will spend time developing your skill sets both within the office and out in the field.
Career Readiness: The ultimate goal of the internship is to transition you into a career-ready graduate.
Graduate Engineer: Year One
In your first year as a graduate, you’ll embark on a structured learning pathway packed with engaging challenges.
Cross-Disciplinary Rotations: To ensure a collaborative understanding of the firm, your first year will consist of two 6-month rotations, allowing you to learn the skill sets across our diverse engineering disciplines.
Expert Mentorship: You will learn directly from senior Gama Consulting team members and external experts who are eager to share their knowledge.
Graduate Engineer: Year Two
By your second year, you take the reins in shaping your own growth.
Tailored Learning: Working closely with your seniors, you will create a tailored learning plan to fill any skill gaps and fast-track your progress toward your ideal career path.
Advanced Training: Expect hands-on learning, mentorship, and access to workshops, courses, and accreditations to elevate your expertise.
