Emali Early Learning Centres
Emali Early Learning Centres are purposefully built to create a nurturing environment and caring community feel.
Having engaged gama consulting to carry out consulting structural and civil engineering services for a number of their state-of-the-art centres over several years, the Underdale centre is the latest addition.
The buildings are primarily designed using materials including articulated brick veneer, lightweight cladding and concrete floor construction.
Project services included:
- Site soil investigation, including drilling, sampling and logging
- Footing design
- Site plan showing floor, paving levels and stormwater management scheme
- Timber wall and roof framing plans
- Structural design of shade structures covering outdoor play areas and sand pit.
